Prototype:
OnGroupChanged(Sender, EventData)

Parameters:
Sender      the event firing control
EventData      unused for this event

Description:
Event fired when the radio tool button's group changes. (See the GroupWith property)

Returns:
This event can close the application by returning MSG_APPLICATION_QUIT. Any other return value will be ignored.
