Windows Vista:

The CHM files must be unlocked in order to work properly.

Windows XP:

On some Windows XP powered computers, the CHM help files (not only the one provided by RadGs) will not open. If so, please check Microsoft for http://support.microsoft.com/kb/873343/en-us .
