Open SourceRadGs encourages the Open Source projects for Concept. All of the RadGs Applications written in Concept will be distributed as open source software. This means that:

  • software can be freely distributed
  • packages contain the source code, or the source code can be provided freely
  • redistribution and modification is allowed with notices that the code was altered
  • commercial usage of Open Source Concept Applications is granted
  • same licenses on any operating system

Portions of the Concept Application Server are based on open source/GPL/LGPL libraries.

The Concept Client is based on open source technologies like: GTK (and dependencies), Scintilla, Glade, ffmpeg, semhh (from Henri Henault and Sons) and code from OpenSSL.

Some of the Concept libraries are based on open source/GPL libraries like: libxml2, sablotron, libharu, FreeImage, SQLite, FANN, js_s, gdchart, cSOAP, qDecoder, libzip, libyahoo2, ftplib, curl, OpenSSL, pcre, json-c, iODBC/unixODBC (on non-Windows).

If a library was ommited, please contact RadGs to add it to this page.
